TOMSWeb Updates and New Features coming in 2026!

At Net Results LLC, we are excited to share that TOMSWeb is scheduled for some big updates and additions in 2026.

First, do not worry. If you like TOMSWeb just the way it is, you will have the option to keep using it without any changes. Our goal is to enhance your experience while continuing to support the system you know and trust.

Here is a preview of what is coming.

A New, Modern Interface

We are developing a faster, more modern user interface. It will be easier to find what you need and quicker to complete everyday tasks. We want your workflow to feel smooth, intuitive, and efficient.

Township Assistance Screen Updates

We are updating all or most of the Township Assistance screens. Our goal is to make assistance data easier to enter, easier to access, and easier to search. These improvements are designed to simplify case management and save you valuable time.

Document Upload and Storage

We will introduce secure document upload and storage. You or assistance applicants will be able to upload required documents such as a driver’s license and other supporting materials. PDF files and photo images can be stored and attached directly to a case, which keeps everything organized and accessible in one place.

Additional enhancements are in development, and we look forward to sharing more details soon. We plan to demonstrate most of these changes at the September ITA Conference. Regional training classes are expected to resume in 2027.
