At Net Results, we understand how critical reliable performance is, especially during the busy year end season.
We have received several reports of slowness in TOMSWeb over the past few weeks. This past year has brought unprecedented growth for our company, which we are incredibly grateful for. That growth has placed additional demand on our servers during peak usage times, and it has affected overall performance.
We sincerely apologize to anyone who has experienced delays or inconvenience. We know how important it is for you to access your data quickly and complete tasks efficiently.
To address this, we are in the process of doubling our server capacity over the next 30 to 60 days. During this time, we will be migrating data to new servers to improve speed, stability, and long term performance. We plan to complete this work over the weekends to minimize any disruption to your daily operations.
There are some factors that can slow TOMSWeb which are outside of our control, such as local internet disruptions that affect all online services. However, we are committed to ensuring that everything within our control is as fast, stable, and efficient as possible.
